How do I make a payment for a purchase?

Johri Fine Jewellery offers multiple methods for Indian and International buyers to make a payment for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets and Cash on Delivery.

Kindly note that Cash On Delivery Option is Unavailable for International Orders.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe? 

We accept all VISA and MasterCard cards issued by Indian and International banks. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit Card Verification Value found on the back of the card and follow the step-by-step instructions on the payment gateway. 

None of your banking details and credit/debit card information will be stored by us. Your login details will be stored in the database on our hosting site in encrypted form and your basic details in plain text. We follow strict security guidelines to ensure that all your information is protected from unauthorized access.

Which debit cards do you accept?

For which banks do you accept payment through Internet Banking? 

We accept payment through Internet Banking from all Banks.

Which Mobile Wallets do you accept? 

Currently we are accepting payments from Paytm and Google pay only. 

What is Cash on Delivery?

When you use our CoD service, you pay at the time of delivery, rather than paying at the time of purchase. 

How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) Order?

  1. After you enter the shipping addresses (with Pin Code), you will be prompted for Shipping Option.
  2. You can select "Cash-on-Delivery"
  3. On the next page, you will be prompted for Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery" and complete your order.
  4. You will be required to make a cash payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order.

Other Payment Terms & Conditions for Cash on Delivery orders

The maximum order value for CoD is Rs. 6,000/- 

Only Cash Payment in Indian Rupees is accepted as payment.

For all the Cash-On-Delivery Orders there will be a additional charge of Rs. 150/- for the service.
